On Friday 19th September Survey Spain celebrated its 11th Anniversary at the picturesque restaurant Casa Fernando in San Pedro Alcántara. Close friends and professional associates enjoyed canapés, Scottish style goodie bags and the sounds of Scots-born singer Paolo Nutini, all set within a flower-filled courtyard.
The celebration coincidentally took place on the same day as the Scottish Referendum vote result, and so for us the day was memorable for more than one reason. Regardless of the outcome of the vote, we thoroughly enjoyed the momentous day and hope you all did too!
During the evening wine and beer flowed along with a range of hot and cold tasty bites, with the attentive staff at Restaurant Casa Fernando tempting the 100 or so guests with different hors d’oeuvre throughout the night. Essential Marbella Magazine could be found on each table, featuring an interview with Campbell D. Ferguson of Survey Spain Network, so if you didn’t get a chance to read it the article can be found online on the Essential website.
The atmosphere was cheerful and friendly, with old friends catching up and others networking with new business contacts, and no one going home empty handed! The goodie bags contained a mini bottle of Scotch whisky and parcel of Scottish tablet, which personally we thought was the perfect end to a Scottish-inspired celebration.
Survey Spain is proud to have had 11 successful years here on the Costa del Sol, working with a broad range of clients and surveying numerous properties both across the Costa del Sol and through its Network throughout Spain. Having weathered the storms of recession well, our company is healthy and growing as we enter a new phase of growth. This is especially to the benefit of foreign buyers, who find the pre-acquisition surveys and valuations service they take for granted in their home countries only available here through Survey Spain. As the leading RICS chartered surveyors in this region, Survey Spain is a point of reference for the growing number of private homebuyers and professional investors who have surveys conducted before purchasing.
Having shared a great evening, we would like to thank all of our friends and associates for attending and hope to celebrate many more milestones together.
