Survey Spain are Independent, Experienced, Professional Chartered Surveyors based in Marbella on the Costa del Sol, Spain, who speak both English and Spanish.

There are two full-time chartered surveyors within Survey Spain. Campbell Ferguson FRICS, who first started working in Spain in 1989 and on the Costa del Sol in 2001, and Chris Eley MRICS, who has lived and worked here for 8 years, part of that time being with an international construction company. We have appropriate professional indemnity insurance.

We give our unbiased, professional opinions on market value, neighbourhood, condition, construction and permissions.

We are instructed by you and work only for you . We have no conflicting loyalty to developers, contractors, owners, estate agents, lawyers or town halls.
